Obama may be in deep trouble… Chief Justice John Roberts, U.S. Supreme Court

According to sources who watch the inner workings of the federal government, a smackdown of Barack Obama by the U.S. Supreme Court may be inevitable. Ever since Obama assumed the office of President, critics have hammered him on a number of Constitutional issues.

Critics have complained that much, if not all of Obama’s major initiatives run headlong into Constitutional roadblocks on the power of the federal government.

Obama certainly did not help himself in the eyes of the Court when he used the venue of the State of the Union address early in the year to publicly flog the Court over its ruling that the First Amendment grants the right to various organizations to run political ads during the time of an election.

The tongue-lashing clearly did not sit well with the Court, as demonstrated by Justice Sam Alito, who publicly shook his head and stated under his breath, ‘That’s not true,’ when Obama told a flat-out lie concerning the Court’s ruling.

As it has turned out, this was a watershed moment in the relationship between the executive and the judicial branches of the federal government. Obama publicly declared war on the court, even as he blatantly continued to propose legislation that flies in the face of every known Constitutional principle upon which this nation has stood for over 200 years.

Obama has even identified Chief Justice John Roberts as his number one enemy, that is, apart from Fox News and Rush Limbaugh, Beck, Hannity, and so on.

It’s just this way with the Left. Every freaking thing they do is of epic historic proportions! And now, to compare the repeal of DADT to the 1964 Civil Rights is ridiculous. First of all, DADT was signed by Clinton, a democrat. What does that comparison say about the beloved Clinton? That he was a bigot? Secondly, this was happening solely in the military, not the entire society, and gay people weren’t prevented from serving in the military unless they admitted their sexual preference. And lastly, we are not talking about the horrible treatment of people because of their skin color. We are talking about a behavior, something people choose to do.

Don’t misunderstand me. I’m not knocking the decision to repeal DADT in this post. I’m simply pointing out that this comparison is ridiculous in almost every way to me and that democrats like Frank only say stuff like this to further mislead people that they are the party that stands for human rights and so forth. Just makes me want to pull my hair out.

The color of your skin, is what it is and you can’t change that. Homosexuality is a choice, it’s something that can be decided on , or not! This is the same as saying. That your race is detrimental to how you can serve your country.

My personal opinion of the repeal of DADT. This nothing more of an attempt to toss another cog-in the wheel of our Military machine, to stir up hatreds, divide and conquer. Anything to stir up cohesiveness between our troops.

I have mixed thoughts on this. Unfortunately, the innocent will suffer from corrupt individual and groups.

Yet, Wikileaks has all corruption by the balls. Is Assange an ego maniac? ..perhaps ! Don’t you agree that it’s time all truths come to the surface?

I do, that’s America and the rest of the globes most complicated weight around the neck of freedom. Is this terrorism? I really don’t think so. If these leaks are the truth and seems as though, these are factual?
